Common questions
Can a managing agent use any plan?
Yes. Essential, Core+ and Premier are value levels, not customer types. Agencies can start on Essential or Core+ and move to Premier when they need accounting integrations, facility bookings, higher WhatsApp allowance, dedicated onboarding and 8hr SLA support. Volume pricing applies across your portfolio.
Can trustees log in and see their complex without accessing others?
Yes. Trustees are assigned to their specific complex. They can view financials, maintenance, and communications for their scheme only. Your other clients' data is never visible to them.
Do we need to migrate existing data from our current system?
We include data migration support as part of onboarding. Bring your unit lists, owner details, and opening balances — we help structure the import so your schemes are live from day one.
Is there a partner or referral programme for agencies?
Yes. Managing agents who refer new complexes earn a referral reward. Agencies can apply for a formal partnership through our referral partner portal — which includes additional support, co-marketing, and volume benefits.
What does Premier pricing look like for a portfolio?
Premier starts from an effective R30/unit/month when billed annually, or R36/unit/month on monthly billing. The minimum is R1499/complex/month on monthly billing, or R1249/complex/month when billed annually. Volume discounts are calculated per complex based on that complex's unit count. Larger agency portfolios can still qualify for custom commercial terms — contact us for a portfolio quote before onboarding.
Does VulaKomplex integrate with accounting software?
Every plan includes the native VulaKomplex general ledger for complexes that want their body corporate accounting inside the platform. Premier adds accounting integrations for Xero, QuickBooks Online, and Sage. Financial data also exports in formats compatible with most SA accounting packages.
