How many complexes can one account manage?
The Professional plan covers up to 10 complexes. The Enterprise plan is unlimited — designed for agencies managing 10 to 500+ schemes from a single account. Volume pricing applies across your whole portfolio.
Can trustees log in and see their complex without accessing others?
Yes. Trustees are assigned to their specific complex. They can view financials, maintenance, and communications for their scheme only. Your other clients's data is never visible to them.
Do we need to migrate existing data from our current system?
We include data migration support as part of onboarding. Bring your unit lists, owner details, and opening balances — we help structure the import so your schemes are live from day one.
Is there a partner or referral programme for agencies?
Yes. Managing agents who refer new complexes to VulaKomplex earn a referral reward. Agencies that formally partner with us get access to additional support, co-marketing, and volume benefits. Contact us to learn more.
What does Enterprise pricing look like for a portfolio?
Enterprise is R36/unit/month with volume discounts applied at the portfolio level — not per complex. A portfolio with 200 total units across 5 complexes qualifies for volume pricing as if it were a single 200-unit scheme. Contact us for a custom quote.
Does VulaKomplex integrate with accounting software?
Xero, QuickBooks, and Sage integrations are on the roadmap. Currently, financial data exports in formats compatible with most SA accounting packages. Enterprise customers get priority access to integrations as they ship.
