You pay per unit (residential section, garage, or commercial section) you manage in VulaKomplex, multiplied by your plan's effective rate. Volume discounts reduce the per-unit rate for larger complexes — from 31 units, 61 units, 101 units, and 201 units. A 25-unit complex on Professional costs 25 × R29 = R725/month, subject to the R499 minimum.

Any separately identifiable section in your scheme — residential apartments, townhouses, lock-up garages (if billed separately), commercial units, and storage units. Common property and unregistered units are not counted.

Not for founding members. Onboarding is currently free of charge for early customers — we configure your scheme, bring across your existing data, and get you live.

Yes. Annual billing is paid upfront and gives you 2 months free — effectively 16.7% off the monthly rate. Most customers prefer it once they've seen the platform. We accept EFT for annual invoices.

If VulaKomplex doesn't make running your complex measurably simpler within 60 days of go-live, we'll refund your subscription in full — no questions asked.

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time — changes take effect at the next billing cycle. Cancel anytime with no cancellation fees. Your data is available for export for 30 days after cancellation.

We accept South African credit and debit cards, as well as EFT for annual billing. All amounts are in ZAR exclusive of VAT.
